Treatment in a private facility requires payment of a fee (unless the facility has signed an agreement with the NFZ and also provides free services). Facilities that provide services financed by the NFZ use the NFZ logo.
Many facilities are affiliated with networks where you can buy a subscription. Increasingly, private medical care is being offered as a benefit to employees of various employers – in which case the subscription fee, or part of it, is paid by the employer.
