Official matters concerning residence in Poland can be handled online. To this end, the Office for Foreigners has launched an online service (Case Handling Module – MOS), available at MOS website.
The platform makes it possible not only to obtain information on residence issues and formalities related to taking up legal employment, but also to fill out the correct forms and discuss the most common mistakes. Importantly, the service operates in several languages – Polish, English, Ukrainian, Vietnamese, Russian, French, and Arabic. Registration is required to arrange matters (no PESEL number or trusted profile is needed).
Note: Using the MOS service does not replace a personal visit to the office – documents sent electronically must be printed and submitted in person.
