Dealing with the protection of Polish borders. It controls persons, goods and means of transport in terms of the legality of their entry and entry into Poland. If it is found that a person has illegally crossed the border or stayed in Poland, the competent Border Guard Commander may issue a decision to oblige the person to return to their country of origin. The decision also specifies the period of time during which the foreigner may not re-enter Poland.
